Part geometry compatible with plastics

We liaise closely with our customers to devise innovative precision solutions made of plastic. Functionality, ergonomics and design are all key factors in this process.

Our expert professional advice is of great value to our customers, offering them an excellent cost-benefit ratio. We take account of plastic process tolerances in our manufacturing work and produce 3D-CAD designs.

FEM calculations, injection moulding simulations and distortion simulations enable us to optimise the part geometry right at the beginning of the development phase and to factor in compatibility with plastics.

It is possible to run through a wide and diverse range of prototyping processes ahead of the actual tool manufacture and to produce samples made of original material in readiness for series production.

We work with the following IT systems

  • CAD software Autodesk Inventor for 3D design, documentation and product simulation
  • Key Shot for photorealistic presentations

3D printing technology

We offer our customers a fast and economic production of prototypes with our own 3D printing process. This enables us to solve problems early on during the development phase. In addition, 3D printing enables us to produce complex articles where injection moulding is not possible. We can create objects with a size of 60 to 500 mm using 3D printing.
